Originally printed as a hardcover book by The John Day Company in 1933 (before March, most likely). This edition says that it was assembled and edited by Fredrick L. Ackerman, Harold Ward, M. King Hubbert and Dal Hitchcock.

First printing (by Technocracy, Inc.), 1936 by Section 1, R.D. 12349, Vancouver, B.C. Scanned in from the third printing, 1938 (new edition). In print until 1949. Formatted and lightly proofread by Trent.
